Shipping Policy

At Sophroneo, we are committed to delivering our "Testimony" pieces with care and efficiency. Each order is handled with the same intentionality we put into our designs.

1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we offer shipping exclusively to the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK). We are working on expanding our mission to other regions in the future.

2. Shipping Costs

• EU & UK: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

• No hidden fees at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

3. Processing & Delivery Times

• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that during high-volume launch periods (such as our Feb 27 drop), processing may take slightly longer.

• Standard Delivery: Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • EU: 5–7 business days.

  • UK: 6-10 Business days

• You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• UK + EU Customers: All prices include VAT. There are no additional customs charges for UK orders.

5. Shipping Address Changes

To ensure the security of your delivery, we cannot change the shipping address once an order has been processed. Please double-check your details at checkout. 

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Sophroneo is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at sophroneoclothing@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
